Offices and Subsidiaries

International Marine Mammal Conservation Society Headquarters (IMMCS)

The International Marine Mammal Conservation Society first opened in 2015, it then filed with the state of California. In 2012 we did exist but it was simply a community action that since moved into an operational campaigning organization that takes direct action worldwide for the defense of wildlife. We now work to field advance capabilities that are unmatched anywhere in the world.

Anti-Poaching Technologies, Inc (APT)

Anti-Poaching Technologies, Inc is a sub-entity of the International Marine Mammal Conservation Society that focuses specifically on funding, research, development, field testing and final transfer to the International Marine Mammal Conservation Society of advanced technologies, tools, ships and advanced capabilities, like zero fuel ships that can be used to disrupt poaching activities across the globe. Developing and deploying the most innovative equipment for the protection of wildlife is a mainstay of this entities operation. This ensures that IMMCS is not the only one behind these innovative technologies, but other people, partners and companies.

This takes some pressure off IMMCS to do all the work to develop capabilities and it can instead focus donations on campaigns and enable this entity to find the funding for advanced tools. The same technology deployed by IMMCS would not be available to other entities through either IMMCS, Inc or Anti-Poaching Technologies, Inc. However new approaches will be designed for each organization that comes to APT for assistance so that every organization fields an advantage in some form.

International Marine Mammal Conservation Society Germany (IMMCSG)

The International Marine Mammal Conservation Society opened a branch in Germany dubbed ‘IMMCS Germany’ in 2015 to conduct operations in the region with more ease. However after some time we decided in 2017 that we would close the branch down to focus on larger things that are actively underway. We hope to open our German branch again in the future, as of 2020 we do not have any plans yet to restart our chapter. Our website for the German branch is still active, however we encourage donations to instead be made through the official IMMCS website here. We do not maintain or control the other sites. They are provided in an archived state. We do however maintain the new IMMCS Germany website at https://www.immcs-germany.org. This should be indication to all that a new branch will arise again in the region. So until then, you will have to wait until you see what we do next.
